The role!
I'm hoping to find an enthusiastic, self-starter with an interest in problem solving and thinking ahead.
You'll be degree qualified, or part way there - ideally in Quantity Surveying with some Project Management experience, but perhaps Project Management with some surveying experience..
Happy with Excel, happy with Project/Asta
Team player, communicator, know your skills, know when to ask.
The workload is varied including commercial and package management, EA/PM/QS as well as some logistics/project planning.
Requirements
Degree level (or working towards) Construction Cost Management / Quantity Surveying
or
Degree level (or working towards) Project Management
IT proficient - skilled in use of office, but also attention detail and presentation
Experience in the construction industry (perhaps you are working whilst studying) in either contractor or client-side
